Applicability
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the State:Chaos webshop. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Offer and prices
- All prices are in euros and include VAT.
- Shipping costs are stated separately during checkout.
- We reserve the right to change prices and product information. Typographical errors are excepted.
Orders and payment
- Payments are processed via the payment methods offered in the webshop (e.g. Tikkie, iDEAL, PayPal).
- An order is final once the payment has been received.
Delivery and shipping
- Orders in stock will be shipped within 5 working days after payment. Holiday seasons excluded.
- Shipping is handled by PostNL/Prodigi.
- We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier.
Right of withdrawal and returns
- Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receipt.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product was delivered incorrectly or damaged.
- Exception: opened CDs cannot be returned due to copyright and hygiene reasons.
Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the value of the order or product.
Applicable law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Dutch law.
